Parque de Deportes Extremos
Parque de Deportes Extremos is still a relatively new sports park (the opening was at the end of 2021) with a total of 17 different sports activities for children.
There are some options only for small children and others for those who need to measure more than 1.40 meters. But the different sports activities are not all as extreme as the name suggests.
There are pedal go-karts, a zip line, a climbing tower, elevated climbing courses (one for older children and adults and one for smaller children), trampolines, a giant slide, a maze, a spider web tower and some other options.
There are park staff throughout to watch for safety and assist if necessary. A recreation area, multi-purpose field, soccer field, picnic area and children's area complete the facilities.
By the way, the Parque Ecológico del Poniente (Poniente Ecological Park) is located across the street from the extreme sports park.
A few more tips
Shortly after opening, the park is not yet very busy, because people are still at work and the children are at school. Then later in the day (and generally on weekends) it often gets pretty crowded. Therefore, the best time is during the week shortly after opening.
Since the sports activities are all outdoors, you should also pay attention to the weather.
You are not allowed to bring food, but the park offers several options, for example, there are crepes, chips, nachos, cotton candy or small cakes for sale.
